Our Classes

  • Burn.

    This circuit style class uses weights, resistance bands, ab balls, sliders, yoga blocks and more. No two classes are the same! Our high-energy sessions sculpt muscles and boost endurance. Join us to push your limits, break a sweat, and unleash your inner strength. We’ll end class with a cool down, savasana and some Inspiration for the day.

  • Barre.

    Come to barre class for a low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. Prepare for your muscles and booty to shake and burn so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned and accomplished.

  • Cardio Barre.

    The barre you love with a challenging twist! You can expect cardio intervals broken up with an active recovery, with ab work and stretching to finish!

  • FIRE (Advanced Barre)

    FIRE is our 60 minute face paced, full body, heated barre class. Expect quick transitions, fun music, limited adjustments, cueing to increase intensity and extended stretch at the end of class.

    *Class is heated to 80 degrees

    *Studio barre mats will be set up for you when you arrive. No mat needed.

    *we ask that you have attended at least 10 barre classes before coming to FIRE!

  • Yoga Flow.

    A moving meditation for strength and flexibility. Flow with your breath through a mindful practice designed to uplift your body and soul through alignment-based poses, juicy stretches, and a sweet, restorative savasana. This class is great for all levels, from seasoned practitioners to brand-new beginners.

  • Power Flow.

    Power Flow is comprised of an evolving vinyasa flow. The flow builds slowly at first, then picks up tempo as we connect each movement to breath. Power unfolds in a purposeful way throughout class using body weight resistance. Be prepared for an upbeat mix of yoga and power.

  • Yoga Sculpt.

    PREPARE TO SWEAT! Begin class by flowing through a yoga sequence to get your body warmed up. Then prepare to add in dumbbells, resistance bands and other props to tone & strengthen. This class cranks up the music and you’ll feel like you’re at a party!

  • Candlelight Sekoia.

    Sekoia's holistic approach blends vinyasa, meditation, essential oils and reiki all into one 60-minute class by candlelight. 

    The Sekoia practice emphasizes that we each carry healing, knowledge, creativity, and joy in ourselves. It is a multi-sensory experience using the 5 senses: lighting, music, ritual oils, touch, and taste.
